Where's the joke?
ReplyDeleteWell, look at the date on that 'paper: 1977.
And the man in the photo Col. Buhari was in charge of Petroleum and Natural Resources and would later become Head of State (1983-1985).
Forty years later, guess who was presiding over a fuel crisis as Head of State and Head of Govt., President of Nigeria, and Minister for Petroleum Resources? The same guy, a long-retired Major-General Muhammadu Buhari.
