The Federal Ministry of Budget and National Planning houses the above National Plan along with some tracking and scoring mechanisms.
Why then does it sometimes feel as though Nigeria is without a roadmap?

Stunting

Globally, 50 million children under 5 were wasted of which 16 million were severely wasted - WHO One of every four children under five in the world today is stunted.

All the wastin' and stuntin' ... no, we're not rapping about "substances" hehehe, we're talking about malnutrition: 
"The first 1,000 days – from the time a woman becomes pregnant to the second birthday of her child – is the most important period of individual human development. This is the time when the foundation for good physical growth is set, when the brain is developing most rapidly, when the immune system is strengthening.
